Recently renovated (2009) house with lake view over the eastern end of the Millstättersee. With 5 bedrooms spread over 200m2 and 3 floors this is a large, spacious property. The middle floor is the focus with the fully equipped open plan kitchen diner, living room and a terrace with super views out over the lake and resort town of Döbriach . Three bedrooms are on the top floor, with one each on the other 2 floors.
Ideally placed not just for the excellent swimming in the lake, but also for hiking tours in the Mockberg and Tauern massifs. The southern, un-developed side of the lake is also ideal for bike tours.
In winter you can be in the thermal spa resort of BKK in 15 minutes, Goldeck in 25 minutes or at the Mölltal glacier within an hour

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, über dem Ort Döbriach, mit einem schönen Blick auf den See und über das Tal. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen dort und haben so alle Schlafzimmer genutzt, auch die Wohnung im UG. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist gemütlich-, die Schlafzimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett. Wir wurden von einem Beauftragten empfangen, mussten uns allerdings erst ein wenig mit der Heizung vertraut machen, damit das Haus warm wurde, weil wir im Oktober dort waren. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Fazit: Für eine Familie oder auch für zwei Familien gut bis sehr gut geeignet.”
