Holiday house with pool located in a very quiet rural and isolated area, close to Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona and Port Nou.Decorated in an elegant style and with a lot of simplicity. Top quality finishes. In the garden the pool is surrounded by grass ,sun beds and a large carob tree.The house consists of 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a equipped kitchen. In addition, the property has underfloor heating, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher ...The house has a fast connection with the urban centers of Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos, 1.5 km away. 2.5 km from Cala Bona, 5 km from Son Servera and 500m from the sea.     “gute Lage,"ruhig" wenn die angrendenden Nachbarn nicht ihre landwirtschaftlichen Geräte zum Einsatz bringen (bei uns 3 Tage hintereinander),sehr schönes Haus,Garten und Grundstück,sehr gepflegt,guter Service betr. Pool und Reinigung.Gute Kommunikation mit dem Hausanbieter.Gute Ausstattung bis auf Essgeschirr,ein paar Teile mehr an Wassegläsern,Tellern,Schüsseln wären besser,wir mussten oft mit der Hand spülen.Aber wir waren ja im Urlaub.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Das Haus liegt in Port Vell (Nähe Cala Bona) etwas versteckt. Insgesamt tolle Lage mit großem Grundstück und Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat uns super gefallen, der Zustand ist einwandfrei (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen). Die Ansprechpartner waren zu jederzeit erreichbar, deutsch sprechend und sehr nett. Wir konnten bereits einige Stunden vorher ins Haus, welches uns sehr sauber übergeben wurde. Pool, Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Bodentiefen Fenstern, sowie offener Kamin waren besondere Highlights für uns. Der CD-Player ging leider nicht, sonst gab es aber einige Bücher, Magazine usw. von Vormietern und einen SAT-Fernseher (es konnten nicht immer alle Programme empfangen werden).
    Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden das Haus für diesen Preis jederzeit weiterempfehlen.”
