Typical finca near Ca Concos in south western Mallorca

This 450 m2 house can accommodate up to ten people and offers an unusual interior. It was restored with much attention to detail and natural materials such as natural stone walls, tiled floors, and terracotta tile, giving it a warm and natural atmosphere.

On the same level, you will find a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.

You enter the house through a solid oak door. From the entrance, you can access the dining room with a beautiful wooden table for ten people. The beautiful, fully equipped, modern kitchen offers a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven and much more. From the kitchen, you have access to a patio with a barbecue area. The living room is furnished with sofas and lends itself to a relaxing evening in front of the satellite TV with DVD player or the fireplace. From the living room, you can access the outside area of the finca.

Outside, the finca Porrassar boasts a large garden with a lawn, a private pool (5.50 x 11 meters), patios, sun loungers and sun shades. Adjacent to the pool is a large, covered patio with an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a work station, satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo.The Finca Es Porrassar is located near Cas Concos, a quiet town in south western Mallorca with 450 residents. The town has a typical Majorcan flair, but also offers modern shops and restaurants. Only 7 kilometres from the finca, you have access to the most beautiful beaches in southern Mallorca, such as Trenc, Ses Covetes or S'Amarador Mondragó. For golfers, it is only a quick 15 minute drive to the golf courses of Vall d'Or or Antem. The finca is about 50 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca and the airport.

The first floor can be reached via a staircase in the entrance area. On the first floor, there is an additional living room with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has satellite TV and a patio with breath taking scenic views.
