The beautiful stone house with pool was built over 100 years ago and carefully restored a few years ago with great attention to detail. Take advantage of the quiet location of this property, which is close to the village of Sv. Lovrec, yet not far from the well-known tourist destination of Porec, its beaches and other interesting offers. Its interior is a combination of modern and traditional wooden furniture and the stone details give the house that certain something. The house offers a pleasant atmosphere and is the right place for relaxation for body and soul. The pool and the sun terrace all around invite you to relax and do nothing. In the surrounding area you will find interesting places to visit. Visit the wine roads of the region or the beautiful city of Porec and its cultural monuments, restaurants, bars, the narrow streets with many studios and be there when street festivals and events take place in Porec. We recommend to visit the konobas and taste the delicious dishes with Istrian wine.

    “Wir haben Haus und Grundstück wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden. Der Pool- und Gartenpflegedienst kommt regelmäßig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten haben wir der Betreuerin und im Bewertungsformular auch dem Vermieter direkt mitgeteilt. Wir kommen gern wieder!”
