This holiday home offers an outdoor area with beautiful, covered terrace, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen and overlooks the beautiful pool, where you can spend relaxing moments under the warm Sicilian sunlight. Convenient location of this modest but practical holiday home makes it possible to reach the beautiful, baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa as well as the beautiful beaches of Donnalucata. These towns are listed as UNESCO’s world heritage sites and Modica is famous for the quality of the locally produced chocolates.

    “There is plenty of spcae in the bedrooms and the beds are comfartable. The bathrooms however are dated and need modernising. The showers are easlily blocked and overflow regularly.
    The kitchen is adequate but has no kettle to boil water. To remove waste food etc and bottles is a problem. This is collected dialy on different services but doesn't happen and you are left with lots of waste. In particular if you have 9 people and a child.
    The eletricty was turned off by the provider for one full day in the middle of the week, again not very helpful when you have a small child and the temperature is 30'C outside.

    “Wij zijn in de herfstvakantie van 2016 verbleven in dit geweldige vakantiehuis. Eigenlijk zou er geen water meer in het zwembad zitten maar in overleg met de verhuurder was het zwembad tegen een meerprijs toch nog in gebruik. Het huis ligt midden tussen de kassen. Overdag kun je soms een machine horen i.v.m. de tomatenteelt maar over het algemeen is er rust daar. Met de huurauto hebben we mooie stadjes bezocht zoals Noto, Modica, Syracusa, Ragusa. Een mooi rustig zandstrand ligt op 5 minuten rijden van het huis. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als ik een vraag had kon ik haar appen. Erg genoten hier!”
