Non-smoking holiday apartment with a garden and a parking space
The house is in a central location in the midst of the well-known Elbsandsteingebirge holiday region.
It provides a centrally heated holiday studio with a combined living room and bedroom of around 37m² for a maximum of two people. It has a double bed, a cosy living room inviting you to relax, and a small but fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Towels and bed linen are provided. Optional wireless Internet access is available. The apartment is fitted with central heating.
The park-like garden bordering the house invites you to relax. There is also a parking space on site. There is a terrace with a grill and there is storage space for bicycles.
Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.
Rathmannsdorf is on the edge of the Sächsische Schweiz National Park in the Elbsandsteingebirge and is about 40km from Dresden and just a few minutes from the neighbouring spa town of Bad Schandau. It is also a popular starting point for hikes into the bizarre nature and rocky landscape of the Saxonian and also Bohemian Switzerland. There are shopping facilities such as a baker, butcher, Penny Market or LIDL nearby, within a 2 to 7-minute walk. The local restaurant and the bus stop are about 300 metres away and it is about 500 metres to the train station. The spa town of Bad Schandau, with further shops and many restaurants, as well as the well-known Toscana thermal baths, is about a 15-minute walk away along the Elbe. Fishing spots, hiking trails, mountain climbing, climbing, mountain biking, cycle tours are all available nearby. It is about 20km to the ski resort and it is about 200 metres to the water.
