The house is right by the edge of the forest on a cul-de-sac.
The outdoor area includes a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and chairs. A private parking space is free of charge and there is also a payable garage. The site is partially detached and partially fenced. Haus Eichhölzchen is at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level. There are two access roads, of which one provides easy access up to the house. In winter it is usually strewn with salt.

It has a fully-equipped kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The living room-bedroom is furnished with antique soft wood furniture and a double bed (140c wide). There is also a single bedroom with antique wood furniture and a radio. The bathroom has a bidet, a bath and a shower with several jets.
