This is a beautiful holiday home on the island of Pag. The unique features presented in this home will definitely make you feel special. This home is stylish and furnished with great attention to details. This fenced and well-tended property has plants embedded in pebbles and paved paths. The furnishings bestow a touch of nature upon the home. There is a bio-pool similar to a pebble beach on the sea. Water in this pool is filtered naturally and the pool is constructed in such a manner that it suits even people with allergies, as the usage of chemicals is avoided. This home is located near the sea. A natural beach that can be approached through a pine forest is at a walkable distance. The town called Kosljun is tranquil and you can explore the surroundings by car. Do visit the city of Zadar and its famous Sea Organ and Greetings to the sun.

    “Außenanlage ist sehr schön, alles sauber und funktionell. Leider sieht im Erdgeschoss des Hauses nicht so aus. Auf den ersten Blick alles schön und gut. Doch leider wird bei der Benutzung sehr schnell klar, dass es sich um minderwertige Dinge (Materialien) handelt. Eingangstüren sind die reinste Katastrophe, lassen sich kaum schließen und sehr schwer verschließen. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin sind die Probleme bekannt, aber leider nicht behoben. Mit gröbster Gewalt lässt sich die Türe verschließen. Gardinenstangen fallen von der Decke, das Familienbett quietscht schon beim Hinschauen..usw. Die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk sieht wirklich gut ausgestattet aus. Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist etwas erschwert, da diese leider nicht auf der selben Insel wohnen. Daher gibt es von uns nur die Note drei!
