There are a villa and three smaller houses on this plot of land, in beautiful natural surroundings. The extensive sandy beach borders the plot directly.
The large old villa is a former family residence and was carefully restored, preserving the original features. The other houses were built in a rustic style and therefore blend nicely into the rural surroundings.
Each residential unit enables guests to live in touch with the surrounding nature, as the predominant feature of this unique, green oasis. At the same time, the accommodation provides every modern comfort and convenience, such as wireless Internet access.
Outdoor tables, gazebos and pergolas are dotted around the 26,000m², so that guests can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. A barbecue and outdoor showers are also provided, complementing the rural, Mediterranean lifestyle. The beach is very nearby and can be reached directly from the property on foot, by following a small path for 200 metres across the plot of land.
In the autumn months of October and November, holiday-makers can enjoy a farm holiday and participate in old traditions, such as the olive harvest, and sample the authentic olive oil.
Some friendly animals live on the farm, who will be happy to make your acquaintance. However, they are by no means a nuisance, as they know when to stay away. Your four-legged friends are also welcome, if they are well-trained and of a friendly disposition.
The owner also lives on the property and is more than happy to do anything to ensure that you have a pleasant stay, helping with any queries you may have. Sailors can also borrow his sailing boat.
