It is located on a small hill on a 15,000 m2 plot in the countryside with the convenience of having the town of San José just 400 m away. It was built in the 18th century and has been carefully restored, preserving architectural elements and characteristics, representative of the Ibizan culture.
It has spacious rooms and thick stone walls that provide the ideal indoor temperature in any season. The villa has a total of 280m² and 3,500m² of terraces and gardens.

- Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. dining room inside the kitchen.
- Large living room with sofa, satellite TV and portable speaker.
- 1 double bedroom with a 1.60x2m double bed with air conditioning.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 0.90x2m equipped with fans.
- 1 bathroom with double shower, fully equipped.
