This Majorca holiday property is located on the second row from the sea. On the small coastal road you will find small houses and lovely restaurants with great sea view. Next to the marina there is a family-friendly beach and a shadowy pine forest. On the ground floor of the property there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen with direct access to the terrace and barbecue. There are three additional bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. There is also a terrace on the first floor. Just a few metres from the house there is a playground with a soccer field, and for those enjoying snorkelling there is a flat, rocky coast with crystal clear water and great swimming opportunities. The wonderful sandy beaches in Sa Rapita and Es Trenc are also nearby.

    “Die Innenausstattung ist etwas überholungsbedürftig. Vor allem manche Schränke. Ansonsten ist das Haus sauber! In der unmittelbaren Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Strand am Yachthafen, allerdings braucht man dafür Badeschuhe, ohne kommt man nur schwerlich ins Wasser, da steinig. Das Ufer vorm Haus ist felsig.”
