The villa, surrounded by a garden about 700 square meters, is located on the slopes of Etna (about 450 meters above sea level) by the "natural barrier" of the Red Mountains. The place enjoys the cool hills without suffering from the humidity of the closest places and it is near to highway ( about 10 minutes) that leads to Taormina - Messina to northeast direction and to Catania - Siracusa - Noto to south east direction respectively. The villa was constructed years ago and has been recently revamped. The sight of the summit of Mount Etna (the highest active volcano in Europe, only about 30 minutes) and the hillsides of the area makes it an enjoyable and pleasant landscape. The two large terraces to the east and west respectively extend the living space of the house. A large living area ( garden level), called "cellar", is connected by wood stair with the upper floor and is equipped with a fireplace finished in lava, a sitting room and sofa bed. The upper floor has one double bedded room, one twin bedded room and a study with a sofa bed, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with a small snack for breakfast. The two bathrooms with shower, large closets and storage spaces complete the villa which is furnished also with antique family furniture and only occasionally used as a tenant. The central heating for both levels of the house can be switched on with independent control of each individual radiator. The conditioning air in the summer is served by the appropriate apparatus installed in strategic areas of the house. The suburban location of the house makes it silent and muffled outside the habitat.
