Holiday house with a terrace facing south-west, in a quiet location
The ‘Up Achterdeck 5’ holiday house with one and a half storeys is on a quiet side street in the family and child-friendly Dornumersiel, part of Dornum. It is fully-equipped with everything holiday-makers need for a relaxing and comfortable stay on the North Sea coast.
The ground floor almost completely renovated at the end of 2014/beginning of 2015 provides around 30m² of space comprising an open and newly fitted kitchen, a dining space and a living room. The floors are laid with tiles with a wooden veneer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor with a double bed and two single beds, a wardrobe and two bedside tables, along with a bathroom completely refurbished in 2013 with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. A folding cot and a highchair are available for use free of charge. The whole house has free wireless Internet access.
The terrace facing south-west provides garden chairs, a parasol and deckchairs. You can park bicycles in the storage room next to the house. There is also a car parking space on the fenced site.
Towels (a large and a small towel) and bed linen can be brought along or borrowed from the property manager for a fee.
Shops, excellent restaurants, the generous sandy beach and a range of recreational facilities, as well as the seawater swimming pool (free entry for holders of the spa card) or the mini golf course are within convenient walking distance. The harbours, with boats to the East Frisian islands, are also within easy access.
