Holiday apartments on an agriturismo in a historic posthouse with a large interior courtyard, surrounded by meadows and olive oil cultivation
The agriturismo is located in a rural area in the Salento region known as the boot heel of Italy, just a few kilometres from the sea.
The plot of land, overgrown with century-old olive trees, stretches across eleven hectares of land on a plain between the Ionian and the Adriatic Sea. You will be living in a historic posthouse, which lies on a pilgrimage route near the Santa Marina in Ruggiano church. The house has a special significance for the history of the municipality, and it exudes a particularly warm and cordial atmosphere. In the farming and fishing community, people are very hospitable. The three holiday apartments are decorated in a simple local and historical style and were all refurbished in 2012. All the apartments have wireless Internet access and air conditioning 8cool/warm). There is no washing machine.
The agriturismo offers olive oil produced on site for sale.
The agriturismo lies in a tranquil historical village. A few kilometres away there are beautiful beaches (e.g. in Pescoluse, Torre Pali, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto). The coastlines at Pescoluse and Torre Pali are also nearby, and Leuca, Gallipoli and Otranto are within easy access.

The holiday apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The charming country-style kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed for cooking, such as a gas stove, an oven, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190c) and a single bed (80 x 190cm), as well as a beautiful rustic cupboard. The bathroom has a shower.
In front of the apartment you can use a beautiful portico with a table and chairs, for relaxing hours outdoors.
