The fantastic sandy beach and the dunes of Grenaa are located at a walkable distance from this beautiful holiday home. This home is nicely furnished and is equipped with bright, pleasant and comfortable furniture. The spacious living room has an open kitchen which is also the central part of the house. The 4 bedrooms, alcoves and the loft bedroom offer sleeping space for 12 people. There are also 2 bathrooms and one of the bathrooms has a hot tub for 2. Two saunas are available next to the hot tub. One is an ordinary sauna with hot stones, the second is an infrared spa sauna, which provides a wonderful feeling of well being and relaxes your muscles. A billiards table is available in the activity room. Enjoy the sun, from early in the morning until late in the evenings, on the terraces situated around the house. This is a beautiful house for a wonderful stay. The holiday home is located at the edge of the Grenaa Plantation Forest, an 800 hectare forest and heath region. Beach is just 500 metres away from here. Take a walk, cycle tour or refresh yourselves in Kattegat. As the narrow alley has less traffic, children can also play here. A forest playground is just 5 minutes from this home by walking. Good dining options are available in the centre of Grenaa or in the marina as well as in Hotel Marina. Kattegat Centre, Djurs Adventure Park, Ree Park – Ebeltoft Safari and the Scandinavian Wildlife Park are the tourist destinations nearby. Enjoy fishing in Grenaa River and also along the coast.
