Holiday apartment with a balcony, large garden and sea view

This beautiful country house is located on the slopes of Etna, at an altitude of 600 metres and just 20 minutes from the sea, amidst vineyards. Owing to the unique location, the sea is below you and the volcano is behind you.

The holiday apartment is accessed via stairs in the garden. The apartment is on the first floor and is composed of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an antique wardrobe, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The spacious living room-kitchen has a marble table with chairs, a washing machine, antique furniture and a three-quarter sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a fridge, electric oven, microwave and of course cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

From the long balcony you can enjoy a view of the beautiful surrounding nature: from one side you can see part of the sea, from the other side the inactive volcanic crater of Monte Ilice. The garden of around 1000m² is completely fenced and there is a roofed loggia with garden furniture and a hammock. You can park off site on an unmonitored carpark. The location of the property enables you to enjoy a unique panorama, which reaches as far as the Calabrian coast and the gulf of Siracusa on clear days.

The surrounding area is known for its artistic and cultural heritage, with many monuments. Sports enthusiasts can go on summer hikes along impressive nature trails along the volcano, or ski in winter, or enjoy water sports in the lovely sapphire blue sea.

The property is located 23 kilometres from Catania and 24 kilometres from Taormina.
