Friendly, modern apartment in a quiet location


This pretty, friendly apartment is located in a very quiet village called Colleranesco, just three kilometres from the sea.



The apartment is a new building with tiles and new, modern furniture. There is a large, light living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed, quite a large bedroom with a double bed, and a second smaller bedroom with a three-quarter bed. The apartment also has a bathroom and a balcony. The accommodation provides a television, a stereo system, bedlinen and towels. Utilities are included in the price.



The apartment is suitable for families and couples, but not for groups looking for an entertaining holiday, as the surroundings are very quiet. Due to the size of the holiday apartment, it is ideal for max. four adults.



The nearest beach is a three-minute drive away. There are a number of bus routes that take you directly to the beach promenade, but it is highly advisable to travel by car. You can get to the town of Giulianova by bus, but the beautiful villages in the mountainous surroundings can only be accessed by car. The town is full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and cafés.

    “Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten, unsere 2 Kinder haben sich gleich wohlgefühlt und hatten mit den Nachbarskindern viel Spaß.
    Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Betten waren bequem, es war alles sauber und gepflegt.
    Die Vermieter waren total lieb und nett und versorgten uns auch schon mal mit Tomaten und Feigen aus eigener Ernte.
    Unsere 4-köpfige Familie fand hier in einer ruhigen Wohnlage zwei Wochen Ruhe und Entspannung.
    Direkt nebenan gibt es auf der einen Seite eine tolle Pizzeria, auf der anderen Seite einen Pastaladen. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt ist kaum 100 m entfernt, ebenso wie eine Bäckerei/Eisdiele und eine Post. Einen öffentlichen Spielplatz gibt es ebenfalls in der gleichen Straße.”

    “Het betreft hier een heel huis. Prima bedden! Alles is aanwezig. Er is een trapje naar de voordeur, met een klein terrasje waar je kunt zitten.
    Je mag ook gebruik maken van de tuin van het voorliggende huis. (familie)
    In dezelfde straat is een pizzeria, waar je heerlijk kunt eten en heel gastvrij ontvangen wordt. De eigenaar (Andrea) spreekt Engels.
    Wij vonden dit een prima locatie.”

    “Wir waren mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht in Giulianova, sondern in Colleranesco, was absolut nicht schlimm ist. Diese hat zwei Schlafzimmer, mit sehr bequemen Betten, ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine und eine Wohnküche. Also die Fotos lügen nicht, denn das, was darauf zu sehen ist, ist auch wirklich vor Ort wieder zu finden. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch eine ganz liebe Familie haben.”

    “Ist nicht in Guillianova, ist in Collaranesco (Nebenort). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, haben sogar frische Figos(Feigen) und Pepperonchinis geschenkt bekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien. Würde es wieder buchen.”
