This charming cottage is located in quiet green surroundings in the small town of Klarici. The property consists of a large house and another smaller house. The focal point of the property is the large house located next to the outdoor swimming pool. The houses located 15 feet apart are separated by a small street with very less traffic. The large house has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace. The bedroom 4 is suitable for children as it is equipped with a game console and a television. The living room leads to the large covered terrace, which also features an outdoor fireplace. The smaller house consists of a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. A plot with a beautiful covered terrace is at the guests' disposal. There are only a few houses in the small village of Klarići, but it has a traditional tavern, where you can taste the regional specialities.

    “Wir waren im Juni mit 3 Familien (insgesamt 12 Personen) in diesem Haus. Insgesamt besteht das Anwesen aus 2 Häusern, ein Haupthaus und ein kleineres Zusatzhaus mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch, aber ausreichend! Auf Anfrage wurden auch kleine Löffel besorgt. Die Sauberkeit lies enorm zu wünschen übrig (Kühl-und Gefrierschrank alt und dreckig), Boden im kompletten Haus verschmutzt und der Backofen war eine Zumutung. Der Pool wurde nur auf Anfrage gereinigt (hohes Insektenaufkommen durch umliegende Felder, auch von Ameisen im Haus) und das nur missmutig. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr schön anzusehen, allerdings ist die Qualität der Ausstattung (Gartenmöbel, Küche, Betten, Duschen, etc.) nicht besonders hoch. Kinderstühle und Kinderbetten sind nicht vorhanden und auch nicht bestellbar! Die Unterkunft ist sehr beliebt bei großen Gruppen (Mannschaften und ähnliches).     “Die Ausstattung der Häuser ist sehr gut und die Lage für Reisende, die auch einmal ihre Ruhe haben wollen, ist ganz wunderbar. Nur ein Tipp: unbedingt bei Ankunft mit dem Vermieter den Zustand der Möbel/Gartenmöbel dokumentieren. Er wollte am Ende 240 Euro von unserer Kaution einbehalten für Schäden, die definitiv nicht von uns verursacht waren. Die Wartung lässt zu wünschen übrig.”
