The kitchen offers access to the large patio and to the living/dining room. The 40 m² living room boasts a dining area with a large wooden table and oak seating accommodation, a leather sofa, a television, a DVD player and a stereo. The large windows gran views of Audierne Bay and the large rocks. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom (16 m²) has two single beds (2x90 cm) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The shower is handicap accessible and grants views of the ocean. The second bedroom (23 m²) faces the garden. It is furnished with a double bed (160 cm) and the bathroom boasts a shower and a toilet. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer and a separate toilet. The other four bedrooms are located on the top floor. The first bedroom (23 m²) has a 160 cm double bed and faces the ocean. Two additional bedrooms (20 m²) are furnished with two 90 cm beds, each. The fourth bedroom (18 m²) faces the garden and is furnished with three 90 cm double beds. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower and a double sink and a separate toilet upstairs.
The house has a 30 m² furnished patio, which faces the garden and is accessible from the kitchen. The garden offers a barbecue, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The warm outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off the sand and salt after a day at the beach.
