This charming cottage is located in the Bay of Plomin, in the eastern part of the Istrian Peninsula, right on the waterfront. It is simply furnished and consists of two units with separate entrances. The larger unit is on the first floor and has two bedrooms, while the ground floor unit has only one bedroom. Nearby there is the pebble beach of Plomin. Here you can watch the fishermen boats coming back from the sea. You should definitely visit the nearby picturesque old town called Labin with its many art galleries and entertaining summer concerts. Plomin Luka is an industrial town, where there is also a power plant, but there are beautiful beaches in the town of Rabac only 15 km away. It is possible to arrange the use of berth for the boat, upon request by the owner and at extra cost. A canoe boat is at your disposal for free.

    “Das Haus liegt direkt am Hafen. Der dazugebuchte Bootsanlager ist für Boote bis 7m (Ideal 6m) gut geeignet (Steg+Ankerboje). Der Außenbereich ist ansprechend aufgebaut, und liegt zwischen einem Berghang und einem Naturgrundstück. Große Ameisen waren oft zu Besuch.
    Das Haus selbst macht im Obergeschoss einen sehr guten Eindruck. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist etwas älter und hat einen etwas unangenehmen Eigengeruch und die Ausstattung mit Kückenhelfern ist etwas knapp. Die Klimaalage funktioniert gut. Der Balkon ist eng aber nutzbar.
    Das Untergeschoss hat etwas enttäuscht, da keine Duschkabine, sondern ein Duschvorhang vorhanden war. Viel Wasser im Bad war oft die Folge. Desweiteren ist im Bad und in der Küche ein etwas strenger Geruch vorhanden, welcher auf Probleme mit Wasser deuten. Hier gibt es nur einen sehr kleinen TV, welcher sehr hoch hängt. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns nur zum Schlafen benutzt.
    Fazit: Das Haus war vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Sollten neue Küchen eingebaut und die Dusche im EG verbessert werden, wäre es einen weiteren Urlaub wert.
    Ein Strand mit einer Strandbar (gute Preise) sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar.”

    “Das Haus wurde der sehr gut eingerichtet und ist in einer rühigen und direkten Meerlage. Beim Frühstücken den Fischern zuschauen, einfach toll. Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um die Gäste, bringen hin und wieder frisches Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau vorbei. Fast keine Nachbarn, daher auch ein entspannter Urlaub, Ideal auch für Kinder.”
