This beautiful and spacious holiday house in the style of old country houses is situated on a partially wooded estate, about 6 km from Città di Castello. From its hilltop location, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy a relaxing view over a landscape of hills and forests in front of the picturesque and intact medieval village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. The convenient location, the well-kept garden, a large porch equipped for outdoor dining and various relaxation areas around the pool and under the trees offer a holiday in total privacy and tranquillity. Set on the border between Umbria, Marche and Tuscany, it is an excellent starting point to visit some of the most important cities of central Italy.
