La Casona del Olivar, comprises three rural housing:
Molienda: Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room.
Almazara: 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room.
Oliva: 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room.

It is located in the municipality of Santa Lucia de Tirajana, halfway between the white beaches of the south and center of the island.
This cozy, quiet village of eight hundred inhabitants, is located in the center of a volcanic caldera and surrounded by palm and olive trees.

This building, dating from the late sixteenth century, represents perfectly the traditional Canarian architecture. Its careful restoration has a perfect balance between tradition and comfort of the XXI century.

The house is on the edge of town surrounded by beautiful landscapes, restful. And just a few meters you can find supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and physician as well as public transport and internet access, with all amenities within walking distance.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasols and hammocks. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck to enjoy the magnificent tropical climate of the islands.

La Oliva is a rural house for 3 people and an extra bed. Its distribution is two floors and the views from your balcony are excellent.It has one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge.

    “Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Haus in einer traumhaft schönen Lage. Die oben abgebildete Wohnung haben wir nicht erhalten, stattdessen wurden uns zwei kleinere Einheiten zur Verfügung gestellt. Von außen ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Viele Blumen, die täglich gegossen werden und ein schöner Pool.     “Sehr gute Lage, als auch Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Wir haben wirklich sehr erholsame und schöne Tage hier verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Ausstattung des Wohnzimmers hätte etwas gemütlicher sein können, aber bei dem schönen Wetter, den tollen Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen, ob am Pool oder auf der Terrasse, haben wir sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht.”

    “Sehr charmante alte Anlage, leider etwas heruntergekommen. Türen schließen nicht richtig, Schlösser defekt. Lampen funktionieren teilweise nicht. Möbel teilweise defekt (Esstisch). Küchenausstattung ausreichend aber schmutzig. Kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Südbalkon. Schöne Gartenanlage. Swimmingpool in Ordnung. Ausssicht sehr schön.”

    “Beautiful house situated in the most fantastic village. The house is traditional and very well restored. The area very nicely kept.
    It is a very nice place to stay with children – the pool and the terrace are fantastic.
    The house contains everything you need including a huge amount of information on the area, what to do and where to go.”
