    “Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt mit viel Platz und einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben das Essen draußen auf dem eingefassten Grundstück sehr genossen. Die Autobahn ist zu hören, aber das haben wir nicht als sehr störend empfunden. Der tolle Palmengarten des Vermieters lud zum Verweilen ein. Wir bekamen von dem wirklich sehr netten Vermieter, der oben wohnt, sogar frische Tomaten und Kräuter geschenkt. Das Schlafsofa ist für kleine Kinder okay, für Erwachsene eher nicht auf Dauer zum Schlafen geeignet. Insgesamt finden wir die Unterkunft aber wegen der Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut und können uns auch vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.”

    “Die Wohnung ist geräumig (wir waren jedoch nur zu zweit). Wohnung und Garten sind sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist zurückhaltend und sehr freundlich. Alle Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz-Rollläden ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist also größtenteils Fliegen-, Wespen- und Moskito- sicher.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und zu Wanderzielen optimal, mit dem Auto ist man in einer Minute auf der Autobahn, in 10 Minuten am Meer und z.B. in 25 Minuten in F-Menton.

    Allzu geräuschempfindlich sollte man nicht sein, die Autobahn ist deutlich hörbar. Wir waren tagsüber viel unterwegs, da hat es nicht so gestört. Für 5 Punkt hat es deshalb leider nicht ganz gereicht. Trotzdem durchaus empfehlenswert, eine nochmalige Buchung ist für uns durchaus drin !”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie sehr zu empfehlen. Man hat ausreichend Platz und genügend Rückzugmöglichkeiten ob im sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten oder vor dem Haus man kann überall verweilen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet sehr Sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist das das Schlafsofa für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet ist. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden ansonsten gibt es fast alles. Der Gasverbrauch wird extra berechnet. Die bedenken das die Autobahn zu laut ist hat sich unserer Meinung nach nicht bestätigt. Der Vermieter wohnt in der 1.Etage im Haus ist super nett und Kinderlieb spricht außer italienisch noch etwas französisch. Man fühlt sich durch Ihn nicht gestört.”
