Villa with large pool on an extensive property for large groups

The villa is located at the Playa de San Juan in Alicante, only 500 metres from the beach.



The 850 m² large villa offers enough space for between 22 and 30 people with the property reflecting neo-classical style with exquisite décor. The spacious living area with 70 m² has six sofas, armchairs and stools as well as a flatscreen TV and fireplace. The living room has three large dining tables as well as two sofa beds for three people. The 30 m² large kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, fridges, freezers, dishwasher, washing machine as well as a dining area. In total there are eight bedrooms which offer a view across the pool and garden, wardrobes as well as partly with TVs and separated bathrooms. Beyond this there are five bathrooms with showers, bathtubs and a whirlpool. Three bedrooms have two double beds respectively for twelve people. Two bedrooms offer one double bed respectively for people. Two bedrooms have been furnished with two bunk beds for eight people. The eighth bedroom offers three single beds and one bunk bed for five people. WLAN is also available.



The 7,000 m² large property has enough room for relaxing and recuperating with a veranda, dining area as well as tropical garden with fruit trees offered. The 160 m² large pool as well as garden area is equipped with designer lighting. Furthermore there is a whirlpool as well as relaxation area and a grill. 15 parking spaces are available.



The centre of Alicante is eight kilometres away. Public transportation are just 200 metres away. Bars at the golf course can be found in 500 metres.

    “Ett härligt hus som passade oss bra på alla sätt. Vi hade gemensam kurs i vardagsrummet och det fanns även möjlighet att sitta i matsalen (stor yta för minst 30 personer). Ytorna både inom hus och utomhus var fina och rymliga. poolen var perfekt, stor och ren med solstolar och andra sitt och liggytor.

    Vi lagade mat i köket på kvällarna och använde även grillen på utsidan - allt var till belåtenhet. Dock saknade vi lite köksutrustning som elvisp och bättre vassa knivar. Även små glas och fler vinglas hade varit önskvärt.

    Huset och hela trädgården var till allas belåtenhet och kan varmt rekommenderas!”
