Holiday home with pool on an extensive property with sea view

The holiday home faces south and is located in the quiet resort of Sa Torre, near the beach and only 15 minutes by car from the centre of Palma. An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet and who appreciate the proximity to leisure facilities.

The outdoor area is spread over 1035 m² and is completely fenced. Three terraces with garden furniture as well as a sea-water pool and a grill/barbecue offer 400 m² of space to relax. The pool also allows access for people with limited mobility, as well as children. Two parking spaces are available on the property. From the lower floor, you can access the pool area from every room.

The La Primera holiday home is modern and exclusively designed. The entrance is kept open and only the essential walls were constructed and the necessary doors installed. The interior is of the highest quality and an exclusive design to maintain the peace and harmony. The clean lines and the partitioning make the house a peaceful place. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with stairs to the cellar and upper floor. The stairs to the upper floor are a work of art within the architectural unit. There are two bedrooms here - each with a double bed and a wall cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with the newest appliances. The living room has a lounge suite and a TV as well as a dining area with space for eight people. In addition, there is a bathroom and a toilet. The hallway on the upper floor leads into the main bedroom which is 45 m² in size. Here there is a double bed and wall cupboards as well as an en-suite bathroom with large shower. A work area with WLAN Internet is also provided. From up here, you can access the terrace with its stunning sea view.

The excellent air and the wonderful view of the sea and the rocky coast invite you to take relaxing walks. The airport is only ten minutes away by car and the de Mayoris golf course is 400 metres away.

    “Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus. Ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus in dem alles ausreichend vorhanden ist. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit einzelnen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Bei bis zu 40 Grad im Juli eine schöne Sache. Pool für Kleinkinder ideal, da der Einstieg sehr flach ist. Trotzdem kann man auch seine Bahnen ziehen. 6 Liegen und mehrere Tische und Stühle laden zum Verweilen außerhalb des Hauses ein. Im gemauerten Grill lässt sich lecker grillen. Wenn man etwas auf hohem Niveau bemängeln möchte, könnte der Außenanlage etwas Rasen ganz gut tun. Pflanzen sind zwar ausreichend vorhanden, aber rundherum ist es doch ein trockener und etwas steiniger Boden. Nichts desto trotz würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca fliegen.”
