The holiday villa is located in the small village of Casale in the heart of the Tuscan Apennines and affords a magnificent view of the surrounding Tuscan landscape and the Foreste Casentinesi National Park.
For those seeking peace and quiet and to keep fit: exclusive holiday villa with a garden, fitness room, own pool and private chapel

The property is composed of a villa with a veranda, and a fenced garden with a pool, a fitness room and a private chapel. Privacy is guaranteed, as the whole property is for the exclusive usage of the guests. The large, furnished veranda is ideal for leisurely al fresco meals with a very original atmosphere. It has a wood-burning oven, a barbecue and even a spring, from which you can drink fresh spring water. In the garden there are deckchairs for sunbathing, while you can cool off in the pool or swim for exercise (pool size 12 x 6m). The pool is open from 20 April to 30 September. In the fitness room you can really let off steam, while at the same time enjoying the glorious view of the landscape through the window on one side.

Benefit from the spaciousness of the villa and of the site as a holiday retreat with friends or family, providing privacy for each individual, as well as relaxation and sports. The villa was built in 1928 and was completely refurbished in 2005, in a country style. It is spread across two floors and consists of a kitchen, living and dining room, study, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the first floor, all the other rooms are on the ground floor. The fully-equipped kitchen not only provides a gas stove, oven, filter coffee machine and dishwasher, but also the possibility to sit at the dining table by the fireplace in the evenings, enjoying a glass of wine. There is a further dining table in the living room, where there is also a seating corner with sofas and a television. The study with a desk and a sofa bed for one person provides a retreat that can be used privately or for work purposes. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower with massage jets. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed. The bathroom on the upper floor features a corner bath with space for two people. In addition, the holiday apartment provides independent heating. A cot is available on request.

You will find shops and services in Dicomano, about 10 minutes away by car. The centre of Florence is a 30-minute train ride away from Docimano station, so you can avoid tedious traffic. Just a few kilometres away, near Frascole, there are places of historical interest, such as the birthplace of Giotto and Cimabue, or Etruscan archeological sites. Bilancino Lake is just 20km away and if you feel like spending time by the sea, treat yourself to an afternoon on the Adriatic coast 140km away. For stay of at least a week, you will receive a welcome basket on arrival. Check-in is possible until 20.00, with a preference for 17.00-18.00. Check-out is by 10.00.
