    “Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Villa die nur ca. 200m Fußweg vom Meer entfernt liegt. Vermietet wird die Villa über Interhome. Eine Einweisung vor Ort findet nicht statt, der Schlüssel muss in ca. 15km Entfernung im Interhome Büro abgeholt werden. Obwohl die Endreinigung im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist, wird vor Ort die Reinigung der Küche ausgenommen. Wir trafen die Villa leider sehr verschmutzt an, Teller waren dreckig im Tellerschrank, Geschirr allgemein sehr schmutzig, Backbleche und Gitter im Backofen zeigten noch Essensreste des Vorgängers, es war sehr ekelhaft, dies entfernen zu müssen.

    Das Interhome Büro hat am Anreisetag bis 19.00 geöffnet (Anreise ist ab 16.00h) und am Sonntag geschlossen. Ich habe meinen Unmut bei Interhome Deutschland am Sonntag schriftlich zum Ausdruck gebracht, keine Reaktion. Habe dann am Montag angerufen, man erklärte mir, es wäre Hochsaison und mein Anliegen würde in den nächsten Tagen bearbeitet werden. Reaktion von Interhome in Deutschland fehlt bis heute. Ich habe dann am Mittwoch mit Interhome vor Ort telefoniert (Kommunikation überwiegend nur in Französisch möglich) und es kam jemand um die Mängel vor Ort zu besprechen.

    Gleich bei Ankunft mussten Glühbirnen getauscht werden, Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, es musste Spülmaschinensalz gekauft werden, anschließend funktionierte sie nur sehr sporadisch und widerwillig, Kaffeemaschine war total verkalkt und musste entkalkt werden, Wasserkocher funktionierte so gut wie nicht. Mit dem Flachbildschirm waren nur französische Programme zu empfangen. Wäschetrockner, obwohl in den Reiseunterlagen erwähnt, war nicht vorhanden. Pool hat keine Rollladenabdeckung wie beschreiben, sondern muss manuell mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand abgedeckt werden. Toilettensitze waren teilweise defekt, Duschhähnen tropften, Toilettenbürsten in sehr ekelhaftem Zustand.

    Alle vorhandenen Informationen und Anleitung waren vorwiegend nur auf Französisch vorhanden.

    Abgesehen von der schlechten Wartung der Villa durch Interhome, ist es eine sehr schöne Villa, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Sie ist uneinsehbar durch Nachbarn und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet.”
