Holiday house with parking in a rural location

This beautiful, old Finca with a large garden in a rural location amidst fields and olive groves, offers views of the fields and San Ferran.

There is a beautiful, large garden with typical vegetation: olives and pine trees, yuccas, cacti and agave... The garden offers plenty of sunny and shaded areas, where you can relax. Please not that some of the plants are thorny and beware of your children's safety. There are neither snakes nor scorpions on the island. The walls are drywalls, which must not be climbed. A barbecue and outdoor furniture are available for your use. Your car can be parked on the property.

The house was last renovated and tastefully furnished in 2010. The typical character was retained. The offers plenty of room for up to eight people in four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1x 200x160, 2x 200x140) and one bedroom has two single beds (200x90). The Sala (the living room) boasts a fireplace, a dining table and a sofa and a LCD television with satellite reception with mostly German channels. A small library offers books in German, English and French. A high chair and a crib are available. The kitchen was added on and grants access to both patios. Adjacent to the back patio are the fourth bedroom and the second bathroom. All beds are equipped with mosquito nets. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet, a sink and a bidet. The outdoor bathroom has a shower and a toilet and a sink. A safe is available for your valuables.

It is about 1000 meters to the ocean and 500 meters to town with shops and restaurants.

Formentera is very dry. Please do not waste water. The house is supplied with water from a cistern. Rain water is collected in the cistern. Additionally, water is supplied from the desalination plant. The water is not potable but can be used for cooking. Should you require more than 7500 litters of water/week, you will be charged for the cost of additional water delivery. A hire car is recommended, since the beach and the supermarket are not comfortably accessible on foot. Numerous car, motorbike and bicycle rentals are available at the harbour.Smoking and pets are not permitted. If you smoke outside, please make use of the ashtray. Formentera is very dry during the summer months. Please be very careful with fire. A local contact is available.
