Stone holiday house with a terrace and an outdoor kitchen, in a quiet location very close to a beach
The stone holiday house is located behind three hills with an impressive view of Hvar and other islands.
The house has a terrace and an outdoor kitchen, which has a natural stone sink and counter. The cupboards were made to measure by a carpenter. The outdoor kitchen also has hotplates, a grill, crockery and cutlery, as well as pots and pans. This outdoor kitchen provides the unique opportunity to cook outdoors with fresh ingredients, which you can then serve on the terrace with a table and chairs for eight people, while enjoying a priceless view.
The holiday house of around 80 m² has a comfortable interior. All the rooms occupy one floor. The living room has a custom-made, upholstered sofa and a stone fireplace. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a double sink. There is also a dining table in the living room. China tableware is available for special occasions. The floor is laid with Italian tiles and there are wooden beams on the ceiling. One of the two bedrooms has a gallery with a customized single bed. This sleeping gallery, which is accessed via a ladder, is ideal for a child. Parents, on the other hand, will enjoy their bedroom with a double bed and a view of the crystal clear sea from the bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The beds have fine bedlinen. There are also two folding beds that can be set up in the living room. The owner can also provide a cot. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a modern walk-in shower.
There is a little beach below the site. Next to it there are also caves, which are great for snorkeling. There is also a little beach within one of the caves. A legend says that this cave was visited by Mediterranean monk seals. Nature lovers and snorkeling and diving enthusiasts will enjoy this region. Leisure activities such as windsurfing, hiking, cycling, grape harvesting and organised trips are also available. During peak season (July/August) there quite beach is well attended by locals and tourists but it is still quite compared to other parts of the island
The small village of Bol, about seven kilometers from the house, is near the golden horn beach Zlatni Rat that is suitable for all age groups. The famous beach provides some fun for children such as trampolines and a small playground. There are many restaurants by the beach and there are other restaurants in Bol, as well as cafés, discos, a cinema and shops. It is also interesting to visit the eco village of Murciva with the famous beach and many vineyards, as well as the “dragon’s cave” archaeological site.
Some toys and a Wii games console are provided for children. The owner provides firewood free of charge. The electricity in the house is supplied exclusively by solar panels, therefore guests are kindly requested to use electricity responsibly. The house is suitable as a retreat, where life seems more simply amidst wine and nature. The beach itself is not private or privately owned, but secluded compared to all other parts of the island Brac. During peak season (July/August) there will be other boats/people there, but still not all the time, and not as much as in all other parts of the island.
