Comfortable holiday house with a private terrace, in a quiet location

The comfortably furnished holiday house built in 2012 is on the outskirts of Wieck am Darß in a quiet location by the Darß Forest. The owner lives on site.

The property has two bedrooms on the upper floor with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (100 x 200cm). The ground floor has a living and dining room with a kitchen unit, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living room has satellite TV. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The whole floor has under-floor heating. The windows of the bedrooms have blinds.

There is a terrace with terrace furniture, a parasol and a grill, inviting you to sit and relax. There is space to store bicycles and two car parking spaces are available on site.

It is about 500 metres to the bodden waters. It is 4km by car to the Baltic Sea and about 7km by bicycle through the beautiful Darß Forest (Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park). It is about 600 metres to the town centre with an icecream café and the Darßer Arche (national park info). There are many local restaurants with good cuisine. There is also a bakery close to the house. The Ozeanium in Stralsund, the zoo in Rostock, the bird park in Marlow and the Rövershagen farm are all within an hour’s drive.
