Modern, beautiful apartment block "Résidence Cap Marine", built in 2013. In the district of Dramont, in a quiet position in the residential district, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, west facing position. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 600 m, railway station "Le Dramont" 1 km, sandy beach 50 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 4 km, Dramont 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem von zwei Häusern auf einem abgeschlossenen Gelände. Der Balkon bietet zwar keinen direkten Blick aufs Meer, da er zur Nordseite liegt, dafür kann man es auch bei höheren Temperaturen dort gut aushalten. Leider liegt das Haus nur wenige Meter weit entfernt von der Küstenstraße, so dass es schon recht laut ist. Vom Campingplatz direkt neben dem Grundstück bekommt man dafür weniger mit. Die direkte Umgebung der Wohnung hat uns nicht zu Spaziergängen eingeladen, vielleicht sind wir von unserer bisherigen Wohnung aber auch verwöhnt gewesen. Ein Einkaufsladen und ein Bäcker befinden sich ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 200m.”
