Modern apartment with a shared pool, a sea view and located on the lower part of Mont Saint Clair

This apartment is suitable furnished and is in a modern residential complex, ideally located between the beaches and the vibrant town centre, on the lower part of Mont Saint Clair.

The holiday apartment is on the second floor, which can be reached directly by lift. The living room with an integrated cooking niche provides a comfortable sofa and a TV, both cable and digital channels. The TV also has a USB port and a DVD player. The living room has an electric radiator and a fan. The cooking niche has two cooking rings, a microwave and all the necessary utensils such as pots and pans. Ample crockery, glasses and cutlery are also provided. The living room also has a folding table with two chairs. The bathroom provides a washbasin, toilet, shower and towel radiator. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide), a bedside table, an electric radiator and a fan. There is a built-in cupboard with a mirror in the hallway. This holiday apartment provides a vacuum cleaner and cleaning items.

The balcony provides a table, two folding chairs and an awning. The highlight is its direct, unimpeded sea view, with a view of the lighthouse, the fort and the Cimétière Marin. This residential complex has parking space in the underground garage, which you can get to using the lift, as well as a shared pool with a sea view. The pool is open from the beginning of June to mid-September.

A special feature of this apartment is that during the concert season you can listen to the concerts in the Théatre de la Mer, while enjoying the view of the sea and the fort. It is only about a ten-minute walk to the Monoprix grocery shop and about a fifteen-minute walk to a market hall. It is about five minutes by car to an Auchan shopping centre. In the vicinity there are many restaurants, mostly within a 15-minute walk. The life all around the canals is very active, especially in summer, but also in the low season. All the major places of interest, such as the Théatre de la Mer, the market hall, the harbour, restaurants and beaches are within a 5 to 30-minute walk.

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, die Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, der Strand mit felsigen Buchten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir waren ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist allerdings nur für fitte Leute.
    Die Wohnung ist etwas eng und es hat wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht dafür einmalig! In diesem heißen Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Vorteil im heißen Wetter. Für Kinder gibt es in der Ferienanlage einen Pool. Der Preis scheint mir angemessen!”

    “Die Wohnfläche sind 25m2 - wie auch in der Anzeige angegeben. Dazu kommt noch die Terasse mit 9m2, die im Sommer auch als Wohnraum dient. Für 2 Personen ist dies in Frankreich am Meer normaler Standard. Als Stauraum gibt es für die Kleidung es einen kleinen Rollschrank im Schlafzimmer sowie einen Wandschrank im Gang, der 1m auf 2m misst. Für 1 Woche Urlaub sollte man die Kleidung von 2 Personen unterbringen können.
    Der Pool ist weniger für Kinder als für Erwachsene (auch von der Tiefe her). Er dient lediglich der Abkühlung am Abend oder am Morgen und ist sicherlich nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet.”
