This spacious holiday home with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and norther Africa is near the beach, perfectly located in between Marbella, Gibraltar and Tarifa.

This stunning and spacious Moroccan style home was designed by the famous architect Melvin Villaroel, who also designed the 5 star Kempinski in Estepona. It accommodated 5 - 6 people on 230 m2 and offers about 100 m2 of patio. The house boasts a total of four bedrooms and is furnished with all modern amenities. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each). The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and the fourth bedroom boasts a sofa bed (140cm x 200cm). All bedrooms are furnished with built-in closets. Furthermore, you will find an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool, a shower, two sinks, an additional bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. The house has natural stone flooring and a fully integrated heating/cooling unit in all rooms. The kitchen is furnished with Siemens appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine and dryer. The living/game room boasts a 46" television; a separate game room offers a pool/air hockey (ping pong table, a bar with bar stools and two sofas and an armchair. The dining area offers six chairs, the living room three three seater sofas and two armchairs.

Outside, you will find three large patios with ocean views, three swimming pools - of which the largest measures 18 x 6 meters just in front of the house - and two private parking spaces at the house. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this Moroccan style luxury accommodation. The stunning views of Gibraltar, Africa and the Mediterranean will literally take your breath away. The patios are furnished with comfortable furniture, a dining table and a beach chair. The roof terrace offers sun loungers.

Two high chairs and a child's travel cot are available free of charge (upon request). Towels, bedding and dish towels are supplied. There are also an ironing board and iron and a hair dryer at your disposal.

Golf enthusiast will enjoy the Volvo-Master Club de Golf de Valderrama in Sotogrande. This is an ideal place to explore Gibraltar, Málaga or Ronda from. Beautiful beaches and surf spots like Tarifa or Estepona are nearby as well. It is just a 3 minute drive to unspoilt Mediterranean beaches.

    “Location is everything, and the house was situated in the hills with a view to Gibraltar. The view was absolutely stunning. The house worked really well with three floors and a roof terrace, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was clean, and we had a wonderful holiday.

    You need a car as the road up to the house is long and steep, but that also means that you are away from the hustle and bustle ny the sea.”
