The holiday apartment for up to four people enjoys a quiet and central location on a cul-de-sac in Moormerland in the Neermoor area, in East Frisia.



It is on the upper floor of a residential house and has a separate entrance accessed up external stairs. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. There is also a separate kitchen-diner, fully-equipped with electrical appliances and crockery, as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC. Satellite TV and a radio are available for entertainment. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and washing up liquid are provided.



The house is surrounded by a big garden, which is for shared use and provides a gazebo, a grill, and a play area for children by the house. There is also a car parking space right by the house. Two bicycles are available on request free of charge.



The centre of Neermoor is a five-minute walk away, where you can find e.g. a fish restaurant, a bakery, banks and a supermarket. There is a lake in Neermoor for swimming and sunbathing.



Popular trip destinations or activities in the area include cycling on the Fehnroute, the Meyerwerft in Papenburg, the Emssperrwerk and the harbour town of Emden. Or you can go on a trip to the Netherlans or a day trip to the East Frisian islands. It is also recommended to go for a walk across the tidal flats to the islands or to visit the historical old town of Leer.

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, viel Platz, alles was man braucht war vorhanden.
    Auch sehr freundliche, dezente Gastgeber.
    Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
    Alles hat bestens funktioniert, von der Heizung, warm Wasser bis zum TV Programm und Wi-Fi. Trotzdem wir eine Schlechtwetter Periode erwischten, hatten wir in dieser schönen Umgebung viel Spaß und gute Erholung.
    Die gesamte Umgebung lädt zu vielen Aktionen und Besuchen der Inseln ein.
    Die großzügig kostenlos zur Verfügung

    “Wir haben uns bei einem Kurzurlaub für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden und haben es nicht bereut. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und es waren auch alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden. Zwar hat die Wohnung keinen Geschirrspüler und keine Mikrowelle, aber diese Dinge haben wir eh nicht gebraucht. Dafür ist der Gesamtpreis unschlagbar günstig. Die Wohnung ist über eine separate Außentreppe zu erreichen. Auch einen PKW Stellplatz gibt es direkt vor der Außentreppe. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über gute Matratzen. Wir hatten keine Probleme. Das Bad ist sauber und Warmwasser auf Knopfdruck sofort vorhanden. Auch Fahrräder hätten wir benutzen können, hatten aber eigene dabei.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
    FAZIT: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”
