Well equipped and furnished, the house is suitable for both summer and winter (heating and insulation). One of the bathrooms has a bathtub with whirlpool function for even more comfort. The pool can be heated by arrangement and for a fee.
The property also includes a children's playground and a bowling alley. A second, shaded terrace has a nice view of the covered summer garden with table tennis and darts. There are also badminton rackets, pool games, board games, books, bicycles and all equipment for children and babies. The discreet owner lives a few weeks a year in another house on the premises. From the parking lot you reach the house via 7 steps. Access to the south terrace via 4 steps.
In addition to wine tourism, you can enjoy many activities here, including canoeing, hiking, biking, mountain biking, boating, horseback riding, paddle boating, fishing, tennis, buggy, hang gliding, paragliding, spelunking, climbing and archery.
