    “Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit 10 Personen für eine Woche gebucht.
    Das Haus besteht aus insgesamt 4 Stockwerken (ca. 600 qm), von denen wir drei bewohnten (ca. 450 qm). Ein Geschoss ist für den Eigentümer vorgesehen, der am Anreise- und am Vorabend des Abreisetages, zur Kontrolle, dort übernachtet.

    Vorteile:
    Sehr schöne Aussicht über Mandello del Lario.
    Sehr großer, gepflegter Pool (25 x 8 m).
    Liegen für 9 Personen sind vorhanden.
    Zimmer und Bäder sind ausreichend groß.
    Der Garten ist sehr individuell und gepflegt.
    Das Restaurant Al Verde ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 1km).

    Nachteile:
    Das Haus ist total verbaut, so dass die Wege innerhalb des Hauses enorm lang sind.
    Der Reparaturstau ist nicht zu übersehen. Der Standard entspricht den 60er Jahren.
    Das Haus strahlt wenig Gemütlichkeit aus.
    Keine Handtücher, keine Badetücher.
    Mülltrennung ist bei Strafe vorgeschrieben. (Strafe: 50,00 €)
    Die Übergabe und Abnahme des Hauses war sehr langwierig.
