Immersed in the green hills of Trabia and about 4 km from San Nicola L'Arena is this cottage with large, equipped outdoor area. This is equipped with barbecue and pizza oven where you can prepare fine cuisine for your family or friends. Your holiday accommodation is spread out on two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large living room and a bedroom. The first floor is an attic floor and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The swimming pool is only for the guests and ideal for a successful holiday. For sunbathing you can also choose the beautiful sandy beaches of San Nicola L'Arena, which are 4 km away. The house is just a few minutes from the highway and the attractive town of Cefalù with old fort is about 40 km away.

    “We loved our stay in this house! The most positive aspect is the garden with the pool and the wonderful view over the Mediterranean sea. It is private and with different small sitting areas around the garden with beautiful flowers.
    The house is also very practical for around 8 persons with 4 good sized bedrooms.
    On the improvement side is the bathrooms. They are outdated with a small shower and mended interior, but still clean.
    In the kitchen there is a good amount of cutlery, pots, pans and plates, but still a re-mark when it comes to the lack of cups. The bed linnen are also old-fashioned.

    The price relation is good, 890 euro with an addition of 10 euro per person for bed linnen/towels and 15 euro per person for cleaning. But then you need to pay an additional cost for electricity - and this is on the high side, 40 cent per kwH easily adding 100+ euro for a week.

    The route description to find the house/and place to collect the key can be improved. The couple acting gardner/handyman/cleaner etc were very helpful.”
