These three modern holiday apartments with their own separate entrances are located in the small fishing village of Stari Grad on the west coast of the sunny Croatian island of Hvar, a perfect base to experience and enjoy the lush nature, long beaches, Mediterranean flavours and hospitality the romantic island has to offer.
The villa was built in 1990 and has only recently been completely renovated in 2013. It is surrounded by 400 m² of leafy gardens with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area surrounded by orange and lemon trees, inviting you to spend long evenings under the starlit sky.
The landlord lives in the building and is always available and happy to help with any questions you might have.
The holiday apartments are located only approximately 300 m away from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and approximately 200 m away from the village centre. Stari Grad offers a good choice of cafes and restaurants, famous for traditional fish dishes and local wines, shops and markets.
Holiday Apartment in Stari Grad with Communal Terrace
This 50 m² air conditioned holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the villa and has a separate entrance from the street. It is south oriented and overlooks the lemon and orange trees in the garden. The apartment is suitable for four people. It consists of a kitchen and dining area, one twin bedroom, wardrobe and bedside table, one living room with a television set with satellite channels and a sofa bed for two and one bathroom. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, fridge, stove and the necessary pans and crockery. The bathroom is complete with a shower cabin, wash basin and a toilet. Towels, bed linen and reliable WLAN internet access are provided in your holiday apartment free of charge.
The apartment opens onto your private, south-facing balcony which is equipped with a dining table and chairs. All guests have a reserved parking space next to the house. In the courtyard, among the lemon and orange trees, you have a barbeque at your disposal.
