Bright apartment with a covered balcony and a community pool

The 65 m² holiday flat is located in a housing complex in Denia. The housing complex is within walking distance to the beach.

The holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.80 m) and the second one with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.80 m each). The bright bathroom boasts a shower tub, a hair dryer, a sink and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (1.35 m x 1.80 m), a television, a fireplace and a small dining table. It is connected to the kitchen via a service hatch. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Up to two children's cots (up to age 2) are available upon request. A washing machine and an iron are also available. All rooms have heaters and for the really cold months there are also duvets.

The housing complex has a garden, two community pools and a playground. The beach is accessible from the property through a small garden door. The apartment has a covered balcony with a table and chairs. A parking space is available on the property.

It is about 2 km to shopping and nightlife. Public transport, the beach and the ocean are only 20 meters and a restaurant is only 50 meters from the property. Everything is easily accessible on foot. It is about 90 km to the airport.

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas abseits der Stadt Denia direkt an einer stärkeren befahrenen Straße, wobei der Fahrzeuglärm (im Oktober, außerhalb der Saison) sich in Grenzen hält. Die Ferienanlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Insgesamt besitzt die Anlage über 180 Wohneinheiten, wobei im Oktober maximal 20 belegt waren und so hatte man den Pool und den Strand fast für sich alleine. Mit 2 Pools einem Kinderspielplatz und direktem Zugang zum Meer und Strand war es für die Kinder und uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohung ist für 2 Erw. und 3 Kinder ausreichend aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Elternbett ist mit 140cm Breite etwas klein und bei jedem Drehen hat es gequitscht. Die Wohung an sich lässt aber kaum Wünsche offen und ist im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis kaum zu schlagen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist mittels Google-Übersetzer problemlos und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird in der Regel sehr schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.”

    “Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, nahe am Meer und sehr ruhig. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr sauber. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet, leider hatten wir kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm und was mir als Frau fehlte, war ein großer Wandspiegel.”
