The flat offers three bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.80 m) and a wardrobe and a desk, the second one is furnished with a single bed (0.90 m x 1.80 m) and a child's cot and the third one is furnished with a sofa bed (1.50 m x 1.80 m), a wardrobe and a television with a DVD player. From here you have access to one of the two patios, furnished with a sun lounger. The bathroom boasts a window, a shower tub a sink and a toilet. The bright kitchen is furnished with a breakfast nook, a ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine, a dryer and an iron are at your disposal in the laundry room. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a television with satellite reception and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is available. Towels and bedding are supplied at no cost.

The living room grants access to the second patio, which offers gorgeous views of the ocean and is furnished with a table and chairs. The community pool and a children's pool are available for your enjoyment. There is also a playground. As for the services, in front of the building there is a free public parking area where there is always parking and even the house has a private garage. Bed linen, bath and beach towels, as well as an umbrella for sun protection are provided free of charge. On the other hand, it is necessary to hire, apart, babysitting service.

The facilities of the house are for your exclusive use and your registered companies, For safety reasons, it is noted that the swimming-pool is not fenced and that its access is open from the urbanization, so it is necessary that children are supervised during the bath by their guardians, in addition to taking into account the danger of running for the corridors of the urbanization after the bath, due to the danger of slipping. The building has a lift and community pool, it is essential to respect the schedule set by the community, both for the use of common areas and for coexistence. If during your stay you want to hire house cleaning service, you can let us know in advance and we will send you a maintenance company that will invoice you based on them. Guests are asked to keep the house, appliances in the good condition in which you will find them, complying with the usual rules of coexistence and safety. Mouna's House, is the establishment that provides detailed tourist information adapted to visitors in various languages and according to the type of visit you want to make either sports, rural or maritime: diving or kayak courses, walking tours for adults and for family (with children and / or babies) accompanied by tour guides, and, above all, information about boat trips for the sighting of cetaceans in the south of the island (check these services in advance for a better deal with the reserve) . I live in La Orotava, 20 minutes of distance to Tabaiba, which facilitates closeness to help if you need it or to be more flexible with the horary of arrivals. The house is ready to sleep 7 people with sheets and towels , the kitchen has enough to meet any need kitchenware, also offers commodities such as oil, salt , vinegar , spices, etc ... It also has soap for both household and for clothing. We provide shampoo , gel, soap, and balsam hair and toilet paper plus all cleaning products and accessories necessary . When the arrival is by the evening is put a series of products to cover breakfast.

It is just a few minutes' walk to several beaches. You can also easily explore the island from here. It is only eight minutes by car to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capitol, and five minutes to the nearest shopping mall. There are several busses that service the island.     “Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex in Tabaiba. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung nach Santa Cruz. Reist man mit dem Mietauto ist ebenso ein Garagenparkplatz vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Absolut empfehlenswert !”

    “Met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen is het een prima locatie om de vakantie door te brengen.
    Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er aanwezig.
    Het appartement beschikt ook over een parkeergarage waar je eventueel je auto kwijt kunt als je deze gehuurd hebt.
    Bij het appartement zelf bevind zich een gezamenlijk zwembad, waar je altijd gebruik van kunt maken.
    Er bevind zich ook een strand waar je op loopafstand goed kunt bereiken vanuit het appartement.
    Kortom wil je een ontspannen vakantie in een mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien dan is dit misschien wel the place to be!
    De verhuurster van dit appartament is een zeer vriendelijke vrouw.
    Mocht er wat zijn of je wilt wat vragen kan je haar altijd bereiken.
    Kortom het is een geweldige gastvrouw!”
