This holiday villa is in a suburb of Vodnjan in Istria. The house is on a 3000m² site with a 1000m² garden and can accommodate up to ten people. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three kitchens and is very comfortably furnished. The living space is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a living room, three kitchens, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Stairs lead to the upper floor with another bedroom and a bathroom. The 80m² living room has oak and wrought-iron furniture and is decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable seating is provided by sofas and leather armchairs. A special feature is the antique coffee table, which was used earlier by farmers as a receptacle for olive oil. Later it was given a wooden lid and hinges and converted to its current use. The dining space has a big table, ideal for meals with up to 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The kitchen provides access to the outdoor dining space, which has a table 3.4m long and solid wooden benches. The area is roofed. Owing to the proximity to the kitchen, you can cook indoors and serve the meal outside on the terrace. Outside there is also a portable gas grill with six stainless steel burners, a grill rack and an additional burner for preparing side dishes.
The first bedroom is accessed from the living room and provides two joined single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. This room also has a kitchen, which guests are welcome to use. The second bedroom is also accessed from the living room and has a double bed. Its bathroom is next to the living room and also has a washing machine. The third bedroom has a bunk bed or you can also set up a single bed. The third bathroom adjoins this bedroom and has a shower. This room also comprises the third kitchen, where you can e.g. prepare a little breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace. Rooms 2 and 3 can either be interconnected, so they are suitable for a family with two children, or used separately and locked with a key. The fourth bedroom, with a big white leather double bed and a bathroom, is on the upper floor.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning, and they all overlook the garden, as do all the bathrooms. The four bedrooms can accommodate eight people. It is also possible to add two further beds, to accommodate ten people. A single bed can be added to the first and the third bedrooms, or two people can use the sofa bed in the living room. The garden features an 8 x 4m pool with showers, loungers and parasols and a wooden roof protruding over a table and benches. There are two benches and a wooden table with brick-built legs under a tree in the shade. There is plenty of parking space in a 500m² area. The 1500m2 olive grove has nets and baskets for playing e.g. volleyball, badminton, basketball and football outdoors. The sea and the beach are about 5km away. There are shops, cafés and restaurants about 300 metres away.
