Generous holiday house with three kitchens, spacious communal areas and a pool, ideal for a big family or several families

This holiday villa is in a suburb of Vodnjan in Istria. The house is on a 3000m² site with a 1000m² garden and can accommodate up to ten people. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three kitchens and is very comfortably furnished. The living space is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a living room, three kitchens, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Stairs lead to the upper floor with another bedroom and a bathroom. The 80m² living room has oak and wrought-iron furniture and is decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable seating is provided by sofas and leather armchairs. A special feature is the antique coffee table, which was used earlier by farmers as a receptacle for olive oil. Later it was given a wooden lid and hinges and converted to its current use. The dining space has a big table, ideal for meals with up to 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

The kitchen provides access to the outdoor dining space, which has a table 3.4m long and solid wooden benches. The area is roofed. Owing to the proximity to the kitchen, you can cook indoors and serve the meal outside on the terrace. Outside there is also a portable gas grill with six stainless steel burners, a grill rack and an additional burner for preparing side dishes.

The first bedroom is accessed from the living room and provides two joined single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. This room also has a kitchen, which guests are welcome to use. The second bedroom is also accessed from the living room and has a double bed. Its bathroom is next to the living room and also has a washing machine. The third bedroom has a bunk bed or you can also set up a single bed. The third bathroom adjoins this bedroom and has a shower. This room also comprises the third kitchen, where you can e.g. prepare a little breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace. Rooms 2 and 3 can either be interconnected, so they are suitable for a family with two children, or used separately and locked with a key. The fourth bedroom, with a big white leather double bed and a bathroom, is on the upper floor.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning, and they all overlook the garden, as do all the bathrooms. The four bedrooms can accommodate eight people. It is also possible to add two further beds, to accommodate ten people. A single bed can be added to the first and the third bedrooms, or two people can use the sofa bed in the living room. The garden features an 8 x 4m pool with showers, loungers and parasols and a wooden roof protruding over a table and benches. There are two benches and a wooden table with brick-built legs under a tree in the shade. There is plenty of parking space in a 500m² area. The 1500m2 olive grove has nets and baskets for playing e.g. volleyball, badminton, basketball and football outdoors. The sea and the beach are about 5km away. There are shops, cafés and restaurants about 300 metres away.

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die Kontaktaufnahme zu den sehr freundlichen Vermietern war stets (durch Austausch der Mobilnummern) gegeben. Die Ausstattung ist toll. Sogar ein Fitnessraum steht zur Verfügung, um die istrischen Leckereien besser verarbeiten zu können. Wenn man nicht Essen gehen möchte steht ein prima Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Der Pool am Haus ist natürlich nicht nur für die Kinder der Knaller gewesen. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus zu einem wirklich tollem Preis. Infrastrukturell ist am Ort alles Lebensnotwendige vorhanden. Zum Meer und auch nach Pula kommt man in sehr wenigen Autominuten. Also alles super! Wir kommen wieder!”

    “Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche im August 2017 gebucht, es ist sehr schön geräumig und die Zimmeraufteilung für 2 Familien perfekt. Das Haus und die Außenanlage sowie der Pool sind sehr sauber und auch an die kleinsten ist gedacht worden, mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie Volleyball, Fitnessraum, Fußball, schöner Spielplatz für Kinder auf dem Grundstück gibt es.

    Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und Informieren einem direkt über die Möglichkeiten (einkaufen, Strand Zugänge usw) die in der Nähe möglich sind.


    Dieses Haus ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und kurz gesagt, bietet dieses Haus einem alles was man für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt!”

    “The house is nice and spacious. It has a beautiful, pretty big pool and very comfortable garden furniture. It is located in a quiet area, however the main market of the town is very close. The town of Vodnjan impresses with beautiful old buildings and stone streets. There are a number of bars and shops but only the residents of the city are scrolling through the streets. Many of the premises look deserted. It is difficult to understand because the town is unique.

    The house was very clean, in this matter we have no objections. The owners are very nice and helpful, responding quickly as we needed help. Home furnishings were fine. The only thing that would change was the fridge, which poorly cooled and had broken shelves and added air conditioning in the living room (3 of 4 bedrooms was airconditioned). Besides, I highly recommend the house. I add that there are so many attractions like volleyball, gym, football, nice playground for children on the property. Definitely worth recommending.”

    “Sehr großzügige und gemütliche Villa mit perfektem Pool, der 2 x wöchentlich durch Pool-Reinigungsfirma betreut wird, sehr sauber!
    Große Gartenanlage mit perfektem Essplatz im Freien für große Familien, wir waren zu neunt. Ebenfalls zur Villa gehört ein Oliven-Hain mit Volleyball- und kleinem Fußballplatz mit Toren. Ruhige Lage, kein Durchgangsverkehr mit schöner Aussicht auch aufs Meer. Einrichtung der Villa perfekt, mit Klimageräten in allen Schlafräumen. Kurz gesagt, einfach genial!”
