The cosy holiday house is amidst the green hills of Iblei, on the high plain of the town of Modica. It is on the country road to Giarratana and about 4km from the historical centre.
The apartments each have a separate entrance. They are also suitable for small children and pets. Free wireless Internet access is available, as well as air conditioning (cool/warm). The breakfast corner provides ingredients for an Italian breakfast, such as coffee, milk, yoghurt, tea, biscuits, brioche, jam etc.
You can choose between three apartments. They provide a comfortable sitting corner and a roofed grill area with an outdoor kitchen for shared use. The site is fenced and dogs can run around freely, if they are well-behaved. Various parking options are available, outdoors, roofed or in the garage (to be reserved at the time of booking). Bicycles are provided for use free of charge, so you can go on tours to e.g. the nearby Frigintini. There are three adult bicycles and one children’s bicycle. Please reserve them at the time of booking. Another leisure option is a public, payable outdoor pool about 1km away.
This accommodation is surrounded by many trees and dry walls, with a fantastic symmetry, and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and who love nature. The accommodation is also a convenient starting point for trips, as it is easy to get to the baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Scicli and Ragusa, as well as to the nearby archaeological site of Cava d’Ispica, or even the island of Malta. It is also conveniently situated for those who love the sea, as it is just 20 minutes by car to the wonderful and unique beaches of the region.

The apartment on the ground floor consists of a living and sleeping room with a cooking corner and a bathroom. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and a range of utensils for self-catering holidays. The sleeping area comprises a double bed (165 x 200cm) and an armchair bed (80 x 200cm). If necessary there is also an inflatable mattress. The apartment has a 21” TV with a satellite receiver. There is also a laptop with wireless Internet access. The studio is air-conditioned and is pleasant both in summer and in winter.
