The Finca Son Morei lies in a very peaceful area a few kilometers from the village of Muro and Ca’n Picafort with it’s beach is at only 7 kilometers. The house stands on a plot of approximately 75000m2 of which 5000m2 is separated for exclusive use of the villa. The property offers a living-dining room with airconditioning with additional reading room, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. There are 4 bedrooms with airconditioning of which 1 with bathroom en suite and 2 further bathrooms. There is also a separate laundry room. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a table for 8 people. In the middle of the lawn is the private pool of 9x5m with sun loungers and the barbecue.
