With this beautiful holiday home you will be situated in an amazing environment with a large lakeside plot and access to a sauna.

The holiday home is just next to the beautiful lake Frisjön and around 22km south of the large city of Borås. The holiday home is both lovely and magnificent where only the house´s location can match the holiday home itself.

The owner has brought a lot of sand to the private beach which makes it pleasant and lovely to cool yourself with a swim after you have been in the wood burning sauna located just on the bridge. You can heat up the sauna, relax in the heat and admire the ocean trough the window.

Are you interested in cooking? Then this holiday home has something exclusive and special, it is just so that it is equipped with an outdoor kitchen which is situated under some roof, where you can cook and grill outdoor in the garden.

Next to it is a comfy sitting area with rattan furniture, also this under roof. Where you can sit back and eat and enjoy the panoramic view over the ocean.

The holiday home is owned by a successful artist and has alone planed and designed the holiday home, she has also decorated it in her own personal style with taste and finesse and with a touch of Swedish tradition.

Within the entry there are plenty of bright open areas with bright furnishing and with a spacious feeling. Next to beautiful windows there is comfy sitting group where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view over the lake which you never seems to get enough of. In this room there is also a comfortable dining area with room for 4 people. The kitchen is a traditional beauty and is equipped with everything you would need for a normal meal.

There are several beds in the sleeping loft where you can access trough a steep ladder/staircase, which is not suitable for people with disabilities or very small children. Within the kitchen/family room there is a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed and with a view that makes it hard to come up in the morning. The bathroom match the rest of the holiday home, it is bright, fresh and inviting. The toilet is a modern separett, which mean that even men will sit down when used. In between the outdoor and inside is beautiful glass patio where you can really feel what a beautiful country Sweden is.

The TV in the family room has all the free Swedish channels, but if you are Boxer client you can bring your own card since it is a Boxerbox.

There is a comfortable annex which is included with the holiday home, where you will find a bunk bed for two people. You can also choose to use the sleeping loft and the two beds upstairs. The annex is at your disposal but there cannot be more guest than 4 (except the extra child). The plot sloping the whole way from the parking to the lake, trough the holiday home therefore is this holiday home not suitable for people with disabilities.

The surrounding is very beautiful and if you wish you can be part of the local life. A short walk away is “logen” located where the village association almost every weekend arranges some kind of activity. It can be all from putting on a large screen TV and see the local soccer team (Elfsborg), music evenings or different kind of parties all for a small expanse.

There is also a canoe connected with “Logen” which you can borrow for free. You will write up your name on a list along with the time you would like to have the canoe, then you can use it till your time is up and then you will return it where you got it from.

Frisjön is a beautiful lake, which is suitable for paddle or fishing (fishing license is required). Here you can find several pleasant small bays and islands.

One of the islands (Stora Ekenäset) is a local nudist island, where you can discover the island with no clothes on you.

If you manage to tear yourselves away from this wonderful holiday home, there are several of excursions sites in the area. If you like going on trips you can visit the shopping town Borås with Knalleland and where to most shops are gathered in the same area and with free parking.

You can also visit the beautiful Borås zoo where there is several pleasant hike trails which goes around the many animals (Fireplaces with electric grills can be borrowed). Some distance away is the large city of Gothenburg where you can visit restaurants, theaters or maybe the large pleasure park Liseberg. If you are a “professional” shopper there is approximately a one hour ride to the famous Gekås in Ullared.
