This light and inviting holiday apartment is in a green and quiet residential area near the beach, a little outside the little harbour town of Novi Vinodolski on the sunny Croatian Adriatic coast, ideal for a relaxing holiday with plenty of sun and sea, far away from tourist noise. Wide glass doors in the living room and the bedrooms open directly onto the 15m² private, sunny balcony, affording an extensive panoramic view over the sea bay. If you arrive by car, there is a secure parking space in the garage belonging to the house. If you do not wish to travel without your pet, then it is also welcome here. Please indicate this at the time of booking. The owners downstairs are happy to assist with any queries. Your holiday apartment is only about 200 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. It is about 800 metres to the centre of the little town of Novi Vinodolski with its colourful shops and markets, as well as a good range of cafés and restaurants. The nearest shops are only about 250 metres away, the nearest restaurant about 350 metres away.
The generous 100m² holiday apartment occupies the top floor of the three-storey residential house from the year 1980. It was completely renovated just recently in 2014 and therefore provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The two lower floors are occupied by the owner and as your apartment has its own separate entrance, up outdoor stairs, privacy is ensured during your stay. It has an airy living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a digital TV with cable and satellite channels, a radio and a dining table with six chairs. A wide, round archway leads into the kitchen, equipped with a stove (two gas rings and two electric rings) with an extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The three bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 200 x 210cm, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional bed measuring 120 x 200cm for a further person. The bathroom flooded with light has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet, a toilet and a washing machine. A supplementary bed can be provided on request and ample bed linen and towels are provided. You can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment free of charge.
