The generous holiday apartment on the first floor provides 85m² of space for a total of four people. It is in a little commercial area just outside of Schuby. The apartment was built in 1996 and was last renovated in 2012. The owner also lives on site.
The living room opens onto the balcony with seating and a great view of the garden with a campfire area. There is a car parking space right by the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for use. Pets are not allowed.
A hallway with light tiles leads to the individual rooms. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is also a daylight bathroom with a corner bath, shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The light living room with modern furnishing provides a corner sofa and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a DVD player. You can also dine together at he dining table. The light kitchen is equipped with a stove with a ceramic hob and cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine.
Everything is within walking and cycling distance. It is about 3km to a lake where you can swim and about 5km to the Schlei. There are local shops (supermarket, bakery, petrol station etc. ) It is about 30km to the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. The Tolk-Schau family and leisure park is about 15km away
