    “Leider gibt es keinen richtigen Strand in Barbat, an dem man sich bequem aufhalten kann, die sehr lange Promenade ist übersäht von Bootsstegen und natürlich auch Booten. Schöne Strände findet man auf der Insel, wenn man sich mit dem Auto auf den Weg macht. Wenn man an der Promenade spazieren geht, muss man als Fussgänger sehr häufig platz machen, da unzählige Fahrradfahrer dort unterwegs sind und teilweise auch sehr rücksichtslos sind.
    Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der nähe.”
