    “Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, kleinen Straße am Rande von Zecherin. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft Felder, ein alter Bauernhof und Einfamilienhäuser mit großen Grundstücken. Der kleine Hafen am Peenestrom (5 - 10 Min. Fußweg) ist idyllisch, leider ohne Gaststätte, wie der gesamte Ort. Alles sehr ruhig und beschaulich. Wer Trubel sucht, ist hier falsch. Eher hört man hier von fern den Kuckuck oder sieht Rehe in den Kornfeldern vorm Haus. Nachts absolut still, morgens wecken einen die Spatzen und ... der Kuckuck.
     
    Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und richtige Ostsee gibt's dann im nahen Trassenheide (ca. 5 km). ”
