From the tenth century to the fifteenth century was the darkest time for Italy and this period was called the "Middle Ages". The fifteenth century was the beginning of the revival of culture and history of the country with the arts, painting, sculpture, music, poetry, etc.. also leaving an indelible mark in the Marche region with its historical and artistic, this period was called "Renaissance".
