    “Het plaatsje Sainteny heeft zelf niet veel voorzieningen (o.a. een kleine supermarkt & tankstation) maar binnen een straal van 10 km. zijn er genoeg voorzieningen. De mensen zijn er ook vriendelijk, bij problemen met de verlichting van onze auto werden we direct geholpen bij de plaatselijke garage. Al lijkt het appartement afgelegen te liggen toch zit je betrekkelijk centraal t.o.v. alle bekende bezienswaardigheden. Denk aan de invasiestranden, de krijtrotsen, bezoek aan de stad Caen, Le Mon St, Michel of zelfs een dagtrip naar de eilanden Jersey of Guernsey ligt binnen de mogelijkheden.”
